Hanna, her husband, and their young son wanted a second home in Spain, where they could spend their summers. They wanted a house in a quiet, safe rural area; those were the basic requirements they gave me. After an extensive search, I found the perfect place and property for them.
It was a wonderful townhouse in the town of Alboraya, with a private patio, two floors, a charming little terrace on the upper level, and spectacular views of the sea.
